Employment & Training Resources is committed to providing universal access to services to individuals with disabilities in our three ETR One-Stop Career Centers – in Marlborough, Newton, and Norwood.

ETR carries out this commitment by:

• Helping jobseekers with disabilities identify and access a broad range of services and resources for career and employment transitions
  
  
• Offering a range of adaptive technology resources to assist persons with disabilities in accessing services at the career center
  
  
• Connecting employers with a full spectrum of innovative services and resources to assist employers in hiring people with disabilities
  
  
• Providing a dedicated staff person - the Disability Program Navigator - to assist individuals with disabilities in navigating the complex provisions of the various programs that impact their ability to gain, retain or return to employment
