ETR Awarded Large Grants From Department of Labor
The US Department of Labor has awarded ETR $7.2 million in grants to assist workers laid off from local companies.
Financial Services Grant
Assists workers laid off from the following local financial companies:  Bank of America, Capital One, Fidelity Investments (Veritude), Putnam Investments, Sovereign Bank, State Street Bank and Trust Co., and Wellington Management.
Metro Central Grant
Assists workers laid off by the following local companies:  ACT Electronics Inc., Altus Pharmaceuticals Inc., Bose Corp., DHL, EMC Corp., Sepracor Inc., Snap-on Inc., Staples Inc. and Taylor Corp.
